Returns

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving an item. Reason for returns must be clearly mentioned in the request. Please remember it is important to include the Order number in the return request.

If approved, the merchant will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which should be clearly mentioned on the return package.

The exact address for returning the item will be shown on the RMA.

All returns must include the original packaging and must be in the condition received.

The Merchant will provide pre-paid shipping label for returns which are found defective out of box.

The customer should pay for the return shipping if he/she is returning a non-defective or unwanted item.
