Rifshen Enterprises, currently doing business as "GoGo Devices" has been actively engaged in the ecommerce sector since 2006, specializing as marketplace resellers of marine communication systems, consumer electronic products, including GPS systems, marine navigation systems, audio and video devices, among others. Over the years, we have successfully fulfilled numerous online orders on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, garnering consistently high ratings from our satisfied customers. We are authorized resellers for Icom Products.

We take pride in offering brand-new electronic items at highly competitive prices. Our product inventory primarily comprises brand-new items, with occasional offerings of certified refurbished products. Rest assured, any refurbished items are of high quality, factory reconditioned and are clearly identified as such in the product description, ensuring transparency and clarity for our customers.

Shipping Policy: 

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days upon receipt of your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. When feasible, we aim to expedite shipping on the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification along with a tracking number. Rest assured, we utilize reputable carriers for shipping.

Standard Ground shipping for orders valued $200 and above and with a delivery address within the 48 contiguous states of the USA is complimentary. For those seeking expedited shipping, this option is available for a reasonable additional fee.

Please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping services.

 

Sales Tax Policy:

 In instances of marketplace sales, the applicable sales tax is collected by the respective marketplace, which assumes responsibility for remitting the tax to the relevant state authorities. Consequently, sales tax is not forwarded to us.

For sales made directly through our store, sales tax is solely collected when the delivery address is located within the state of California. In cases involving residents of other states, we only collect sales tax if legally obligated to do so or if mandated by state regulations.

Payments Policy:

All data gathered during sales transactions is fully secured. Payments conducted on marketplaces are managed by the respective platforms. Transactions completed through our store are facilitated by either Shopify Payments or Amazon Payments. Your credit card details are not accessible to us; we solely receive a payment confirmation notification.
